Joining The Company of Young Professionals gives members access to everything The Vancouver Board of Trade offers, at a special discounted rate for young employees who are in the early stages of their careers.

Young professionals can sign up for membership in two ways:

The first is to participate in the program and enjoy the member benefits CYP and The Vancouver Board of Trade have to offer.

The second is to participate in the CYP Engaged Leadership Certificate, a three-year continuing education program where young professionals can hone their leadership and engagement skills.

Discounted fees for your CYP membership will increase each year for either option. The rate increases in equal increments over three years to the full Vancouver Board of Trade individual membership rate. The dues are subject to increase three per cent annually (HST not included).

Year 1 — 50% of individual membership rate
Year 2 — 67% of individual membership rate
Year 3 — 85% of individual membership rate
Years four and beyond — 100% of individual membership rate
